Ever since the advent of computers and phones, eye fatigue among humans has been at an all-time high. Blue light emitted by these screens is just one of the reasons why eye fatigue is prevalent. The spectacularly bright light that shines out of our phones and laptops is incredibly harmful to our eyes and can cause them to experience digital eye strain. However, there are also other reasons why eye fatigue can happen.

2. Moisturize

For many people, dry eyes are a big problem. Dry eyes attribute to environmental factors or caused by a health condition in which your eyes don’t produce enough fluid to keep them moisturized. Having dry eyes directly leads to eye fatigue, so it’s essential to combat them before they become a problem.

3. Limit Your Screen Time

One of the most significant ways you can avoid eye fatigue altogether is to limit your screen time. Phones, laptops, and computers all emit what’s known as blue light. Blue light might be really good at helping us see what’s on our screen, but it’s also really good at penetrating deep into the eye and damaging the light-sensitive cells in our retinas.

Even if you’re able to limit your screen time, but especially if you aren’t, there are many apps out there which will filter the blue light from your screen and make it far less harmful to consume.
